Day 3, Monday, 24, December 2007

The team reached Lucknow and was met by Leanna of TellAsia ministries and some of her team leaders. Since the members of mission trip consisted of a large group, we divided the group into teams. That afternoon, Team 1 was able to partake in a new church dedication at a village, and Team 2 went to a large gathering of villagers in a remote area of Lucknow. That evening the whole team participated in a Christmas celebration at the Lucknow Children's Home and followed it up by having dinner with the children. During our time at the Children’s home, we soon discovered that the children knew the action songs that we were trying to teach them better than we did!
